PSG Set to Challenge Man United for Varane's Signature 1

Uncertainties regarding Raphael Varane’s future with Real Madrid triggering interest from many teams. After Manchester United, rumors are also linking Paris Saint-Germain as potential new club for the defender.

According to reports from The Mirror, PSG are very keen on signing Varane for next summer. Being a French club, Thomas Tuchel’s side are always hunting for the best France international players available.

Notably, if the Ligue 1 giant are serious, they must be battling it out against Man United. The Premier League outfit have been an admirer of France international defender since a while now.

However, Paris might consider themselves to have an advantage over their Premier League counterpart. Apart from being a French based team, Tuchel’s side can also offer a more established team with higher upside for now.

Moreover, there’s still no guarantee on whether Man United can offer Champions League football next summer. Nevertheless, United’s charm as a big team can always sway some players.

Notably the English side can also brag that they did eliminate PSG in this year’s Champions League knock out stage. Whether that would enough to convince Vanare, only the defender would know.

The French international himself is still yet to discuss any renewal with Madrid as reports saying he is looking for a new challenge.
