The future of Lille starlet, Nicolas Pepe, becomes an interesting talk recently. Pepe’s excellent performances so far has triggering interest from many teams, including Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich and Inter Milan.
Those three clubs have been monitoring Pepe up til now and seemingly waiting for the right moment before making moves. Rumors claiming that Bayern have been preparing at least 60 million euro to sign the winger.
However, PSG could be ready to offer something more as they have the fund for it. Thomas Tuchel’s side find their interest towards the player rising after Lille recently beat PSG 5-1.
That result pretty much showcasing Pepe’s exciting talent towards Tuchel. Keen on further improving the French capital club quality next summer, the tactician now set his sights on the 19-year-old.
Among those three teams above, Inter might be the one having more problems in pushing for Pepe financially. Although being owned by a capable owner, Nerazzurri are yet to be fully free from their financial fair play issue.
However, Inter have some asset that they might be able to use as an additional bait for their offer. Having players such as Yann Karamoh or Dalbert, who have strong Ligue 1 connection are key in persuading Lille into negotiation.
It will be interesting to see on whether PSG can really top the likes of Inter, Bayern or other teams in signing Lille’s Pepe.
