In the last few days, speculation about future head coach of Juventus have the media linking them with many names. One who also getting plenty of attention is Pep Guardiola as there’s rumors about him being one of the candidates.
Those talks suddenly getting strong attention by more people, triggering a response from the Man City’s representative. Explaining the situation, Alberto Galassi, a lawyer at City’s board, ensuring everyone that the rumors are false.
Sharing his statement to the media, Galassi, stated that Guardiola still has two more years at Man City. Not only that, the lawyer even said that those rumors were an annoyance for Pep.
“I’m happy to clarify once and for all, what Guardiola said last week, the coach has another two years on his contract at City,” Galassi revealed. “Guardiola is in Abu Dhabi, enjoying the sun and is annoyed by all of this. ”
Despite this strong denial, the rumors might not go away unless Juve officially announced their new tactician soon. Already confirming the departure of their previous head coach, Massimiliano Allegri, Juve still haven’t secure any replacement up til now.
Aside from Guardiola, there are other names who have also been linked with the prestigious job. Names such as Mauricio Pochettino, Maurizio Sarri and Simone Inzaghi are the strongest candidates.
