Inter Milan are already setting their plan for next season as reports claiming that they’re close to sign Edin Dzeko. The 33-year-old attacker is a player, who Nerazzurri have been keen on since a while.
Despite his age, Inter seemingly sees the Bosnian international can still offer them many good things. Although the market won’t officially open until July, reports stating that an agreement can happen as soon as next week.
The Italian Serie A itself is having its final fixtures this Sunday, with both Inter and Dzeko’s current team, AS Roma, battling for top four places. Whatever happens in their final games, a deal should still happen.
Inter’s interest towards the former Manchester City forward seems to go along with their policy in getting experienced players. Aside from trying to lure younger talents, Luciano Spalletti’s side have also been linked with senior stars.
Aside from Dzeko, it’s strongly believes that Nerazzurri will also acquire Diego Godin. The Atletico Madrid defender has announced his decision to leave the club at the end of his season with the Spanish side.
It’s certainly an interesting approach as even last season they already captured Radja Nainggolan also from Roma. Next season, it looks like Nainggolan will be reuniting with his former teammate.
